Paul is the Head of Product Innovation at Cardinal and has 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of insurance systems. Paul is responsible for leading the product development teams who build all insurer products for the Cardinal C360 system, including domestic, commercial, SASRIA, specialty products, rating, and VAPs, and ensures that the team manages delivery timelines and client expectations.
