As part of the company presentations, the SLC process is clearly articulated to ensure alignment of expectations. The business development team works closely with the Cardinal Professional services delivery team to ensure a smooth handover once the commercials are agreed.
Cardinal Professional services have perfected the new client onboarding process, which is articulated through the “SILC” System Implementation Life Cycle process. One of the first steps in this process is to conduct an Alignment session with the client to ensure there is a clear understanding of objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Through these processes and alignments, we have successfully implemented a multitude of new client take-ons of various sizes and complexities.
